  • Mid-Range Bundle

    Perfect for smaller events such as weddings, birthdays, or family gatherings where a lighter setup is needed.

    This bundle includes:

    • Simple setup of toys, activities, and resources.

    • Creation of a QR form and link for safety and privacy.

    • Invoicing and scheduling of our team for the day.

  • All-Inclusive Bundle

    Ideal for large-scale events, this comprehensive package ensures everything runs seamlessly:

    • Full setup of toys, activities, and resources for children and families. Customisation is available to suit the group’s needs.

    • On-the-day management and organisation.

    • Creation of runsheets and schedules to keep the day structured.

    • Event or organisation-specific QR form and link for safety and privacy.

    • Invoicing and scheduling of our team for the day.

Terms and Conditions

  • Cancellation Policy
    Please note we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If a confirmed booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, the full booking fee will be charged.

    If cancelled within 48 hours of the booking we require 50% of the booking to be paid.

  • Setup and Pack Down Time
    All bundles require a minimum of 30 minutes for setup and pack down. This time is included in the total hours on your invoice unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

    Service Fee
    A $30 service fee applies for each babysitter attending the booking. This fee is automatically added to your invoice unless a bundle has been purchased, in which case the service fee is waived.
